March is for Maple Syrup!

March is for Maple Syrup in New York State! We were so grateful to enjoy a presentation by the Spegar family about how Maple Syrup is made. It was a lot of fun to see how trees are tapped, sap is boiled and syrup is created! The presentation ended with a fun taste test to see if our classes preferred real vs. artificial syrup. Our preference? Artificial!
